The apartment was exactly as and where I’d hoped it would be.

My nephew and I stayed at Rue Saint-Paul II for five days in September and it was exactly as and where I’d hoped it would be. I feel in love with this area during my last visit (when I stayed in another Paris Apartments Plus location) and was thrilled to find this apartment right on rue Saint-Paul. It is steps away from two especially wonderful cafes, a most amazing boulangerie and a Monoprix. I loved the big windows looking over the rooftops and onto the street - a street view is always important when in Paris! It’s also close to the Marche Bastille, the largest of the open air markets. Also near the Marais, which is full of discoveries and the Ile Saint-Louis, and Berthillon ice cream!
And as always, the communication from Orla and the Paris Apartments Plus team, including our greeter Amine, was fantastic and really puts your mind at ease because you know you are dealing with professionals.
I have now stayed in three different locations, courtesy of Paris Apartments Plus and am confident I’ll be exploring many of their other apartments in the future.

Rue Saint-Paul II ...  in the best part of the city

The apartment Rue Saint-Paul II is great. Very clean, all equipped and in the best part of the city. It is noisy, because of the trucks of the supermarket just across the street and the bells of st. Louis’s church. We already knew there was no elevator, so the 90 steps to the 5th floor were not a suprise. And the agent was extremely nice to carry up the luggage (thanks Anatole). The only complaint is about the dish washer that did not work. When we called the agency, they told somebody would pass by to see it, but he did not go (sorry Anatole). Perfect for a couple with one/two kids.

Rue Saint-Paul II ...  superbly located in a classic neighbourhood

The other comments describe the apartment accurately. It is superbly located in a classic neighbourhood from which to visit Paris. Sure, the apartment is small and there’s lots of stairs to climb, but we didn’t find these to be problems at all. Something the other posters haven’t mentioned is that the building itself is reasonably quiet. Of course there’s street noise (namely, from the Monoprix across the street—but the close shopping is also a plus), but that’s normal for anywhere central in Paris. No problems recommending the place and the agency!
