The Apartment

The living area of Rue Nocard has a very nice leather sofa, an armchair, fireplace and rugs on wooden floors beneath high celings, all contributing to a cozy atmosphere for this 1-bed Paris holiday rental. The apartment is on the third floor of a very nice Haussmannian building and luckily there is an elevator.

At 50 sqm it is a relatively generous size in Paris terms so will you not feel cramped. Its size means you have a lounge, a fitted kitchen and a separate bedroom (with a queen size bed) and bathroom with a nice shower, which means so much after a long day's sightseeing.

Champ de Mars, Eiffel Tower, Seine, rue du Commerce, Marché Grenelle, Trocadéro, Musée Branly, Musée d'Orsay, Les Invalides ...

Even though the apartment is only a ten minute walk from Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower, it is on a quiet street back from the river front.

If you are a good walker you would be comfortable striking out from here to Musée Branly, Les Invalides and Musée d'Orsay heading north east, and heading north west across the nearby Seine to Trocadéro and on to Champs-Élysées. The neighbourhood street market, Marché Grenelle is excellent and is held Wednesday and Sunday mornings. Your local shopping street and really the main one for the 15th, rue du Commerce, is well known for its range of shops and its village atmosphere.

Enjoy the city while having easy access from here to the tennis at Roland Garros or the horse racing at Longchamp - 4 stops on line 10 from nearby Charles Michels metro station. Get your self to Versailles in 45 minutes on the RER C train from Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel station.

The presentation of the apartment met our needs, and was “just the ticket” for us.

G’Day Orla, et al,

A quick note to advise that our pickup from the apartment yesterday morning was without problems, and notwithstanding the “interesting” Parisiam traffic conditions, our trip to CDG only took an hour, which enabled us to have a leisurely checkin for our flight to Singapore, where we are now relaxing.

May I compliment your team on the presentation and administration of the apartment, as it met our needs, and was “just the ticket” for us; its’ location was ideal for transport, shopping and we were able to make it a home from home for our stay.

Unfortunately, our time was inadequate to do all that we hoped to, so ” nôtre retour à Paris” remains on our “bucket-list”, and we will certainly look forward to using your services again.

Best Regards,

Mike and Jean O’Brien

Rue Nocard ...  very comfortable bed

The Rue Nocard apartment was very conveniently located for both metro and walking to the more touristy parts of Paris. very comfortable bed, great shower and while not luxiourious, very well appointed. We would not hesitate to rent it again.

Perfect location for getting everywhere, bio supermarket, Poilane, everything you could need is right there! Wonderful neighborhood: where people actually live. And a very comfortable apartment! Very pleasant building!
