The Apartment

This fine, traditional, two ensuite bedroom Paris vacation apartment is on three levels and totals 110 sqm. On the entrance level is the large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and toilet. The stunning views over the rooftops of Paris and over to the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame can be seen from the top level double bedroom with its walls of glass. From this bedroom you can reach a superb terrace with table and chairs - just the place for an aperitif or a digestif as you gaze across the city of lights. On the lowest level of the apartment is the spacious second ensuite bedroom. The apartment entrance is on the 5th floor but the lift stops on the 4th floor so you will have some steps to climb.

Luxembourg Gardens, Left Bank, Notre Dame, rue de Buci, Le Procope, Les Deux Magots, Cafe Flore, Rue de Rennes, Odeon, La Sorbonne, Pantheon, Musée d'Orsay, Saint Sulpice ...

This Paris apartment rental has one of city's best street market experiences on its doorstep. The stretch of streets from boulevard Saint-Germain along rue de Buci and on to rue de Seine is an intense, bustling market scene with outdoor cafes, vendors and gourmet food shops. The intellectual cafe culture history of the neighbourhood was renowned worldwide and is still evident today when you take a coffee in Le Procope, Les Deux Magots or Café Flore along boulevard saint Germain. Seek out the adjacent rue de Rennes for fashion, rue Bonaparte for art and antiques and all around Odéon metro for cinemas and much more.

For direct train connections with CDG and Orly Airports, use Saint-Michel - Notre Dame. Notre Dame itself, Luxembourg Gardens, Musée d'Orsay and the Louvre, across the river via the love lock laden Pont des Arts, are reachable on foot. If you are a good walker you would be comfortable striking out from here to Les Invalides and on to The Eiffel Tower in one direction, and Île Saint Louis and the Marais in the other.

This apartment is perfect for two couples or a family of four - a very comfortable apartment, a super location and breathtaking views over the city.

She went to sleep overlooking the rooftops of Paris and Tour Eiffel.

I can tell you that we really enjoyed the last apartment, rue de Seine II. First of all, the area is great. We could do all our grocery shopping without getting on the metro and while the kitchen was small, it had everything we needed even if only one person could fit in it. Our 21 year old niece joined us in November and we gave her the top bedroom. It was a fantasy room for her as she went to sleep overlooking the rooftops of Paris and Tour Eiffel.

Trip Advisor is sometimes difficult about posts that they consider to be advertising but every time I see someone asking about apartment rentals, I respond with a recommendation to see your web site and to the other apartments we rented as well, Rue Saint-Roch and Rue Coquillière when our family joined us.

Our 5th monthly booking with you and again you have made the process of renting in Paris painless from booking to pickup to departure. Your response to my problems was always quick and helpful. You have a great team in Paris which was particularly important when my purpose there on all five occasions in the past year was for business. And I will miss those discussions with Enzo, your taxi partner, about Italian food and his mother’s Sunday pasta dinner.

The experience we had with you has convinced us that short term rentals is a great way to travel and we plan to do it for our vacation travel.

Rue de Seine II ...  wonderfully comfortable

We have rented apartments before in Paris when the service was terrible and the apartment so ill equipped that we had to go to the Monoprix to purchase glasses and bowls!!...We decided to take another leap of faith and rent through Paris Apartments Plus, and we were rewarded by the BEST service from Gabriel. Our taxis were there for us on BOTH days for the airport pickups, and then again for our trip to the train station upon leaving…The apartment at 23 Rue de Seine was so nicely stocked for us with all essentials that we made sure to purchase things for the next guests out of gratitude….The apartment is wonderfully comfortable and in our favorite neighborhood…The stairs are a bit challenging for safety and convenience, but we grew used to them and just loved our stay there. I filled the vases with fresh flowers upon arriving and truly felt like we were at home in Paris. Thank you Gabriel. Sharon and Rick Boyer
