Rue de Provence is ideally situated

We enjoyed our stay in Paris and thought that our apartment Rue de Provence was
ideally situated - close to metro stations (Cadet and Le Peletier) and
surrounded by interesting arcades, shops and restaurants. Being on the 6th
floor we were grateful that the building had a lift and although the
apartment is a little old and showing signs of wear and tear the bed was
comfortable and it was more spacious that I expected.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to tell the owners that it is not
acceptable to expect paying guests to use chipped or cracked coffee mugs -
we found that in both other apartments
We have nothing but praise for your staff who were all friendly, helpful
and spoke excellent English. We are also very grateful for your
understanding that (because of the scaffolding and sheets of plastic
covering the one and only window) we could not stay in our first apartment and
appreciated how speedily you were able to relocate us.

We have now realised how important it is to look at the overall floor area
of each apartment and the checklist of facilities available but overall we
think you offer an excellent service and we would certainly use you again
and recommend Paris Apartments Plus to our friends.

Best wishes

Rue de Provence ...  I really enjoyed the neighbourhood

I stayed in Rue de Provence in early November 2011. It was just as expected from the website, except that there is a murphy bed. I expected to sleep just on a sofa bed so that was a nice surprise. The person meeting me was switched without my knowing about it so it was a little difficult to make contact. And I couldn’t connect with Wifi but could connect directly with the modem so that wasn’t too bad. I really enjoyed the neighborhood and found some wonderful places to eat. It would be easy to improve the apt. with a full length mirror.

Rue de Provence ...  all I needed for my stay

I stayed here in December 2010, and found the place to be very convenient. It is small, but for one person, it was all I needed for my stay. Very close to metro stations and bus stops, and within walking distance to most of the attractions, if you like to walk, as I do. I recommend the bakery few doors down the street - too bad they are not open on weekends!

The person I met for the key was very helpful and pointed out a few essentials to me, such as the nearest grocery store, internet access, etc.

My only issue was a slow leak in the bathroom, but I am sure that the agency attended to it after I left.
